How the Process Works:

Pay with the default Vertual Wallet on your MyShopnShip account, or add Deposit to pay for your order. You will also be charged a small MyShopper processing fee.
No. Once your Personal Shopper order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed. But you can raise the ticket immediately before our team process your order for any update or cancel.
MyShopper will return any orders in accordance with the seller’s return policy. The member is responsible for all return shipping fees. Your MyShopper account will be credited once the vendor receives the returned Courier package and we have confirmed the refund.
