You can locate your MyShopnShip address in your account in Dashboard, titled “My Register Address”. and also go to “Account Settings” and then in “Address Book.”
Please ALWAYS remember to include your MyShopnShip Suite number on shopping packages coming to MyShopnShip warehouse. If this is not included it could create delays, additional fees or even prevent us from being able to place the Courier package in your account.
To add a home country shipping address to your account, head to “Account Settings” then “Address Book.” There you’ll find the “Add New Address” option. You can also change your billing address under the “Shipping and Billing Address” section, International shipping services.
To change your membership plan, go to “Account Settings” click “Account Membership” and then choose whether you’d like to “Upgrade” or “Change.”
Yes, you can receive Courier packages under more than one name. However, you must notify in expected parcel shipment writing in Notes, for us to properly identify the package and place it into the right suite.
To add a additional address to your account, go to “Account Settings,” then “Address Book.” Once there you simply click “Add New Address.” You can have up to six address on your account. International courier services
If you’re looking to cancel your account we will be sad to see you go. We hope you will give us the opportunity to understand why you would like to cancel your account.
To cancel your account please make sure your account balance is 0 and no Courier packages are currently in the warehouse. You can then submit a support ticket stating that you would like to close your account. You will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 days confirming your account has been closed.
